STATEMENT

Redbone Trucking’s sustainability strategy focuses on our equipment, our people, our communities, and our operations. Redbone Trucking, Inc. seeks to fulfill our sustainability

strategy through focusing on the following practices:

- Responsible sourcing of equipment, tires, fuels, lubricants, and office equipment.

- Safer and more eco-friendly truck specifications.

- Maintaining a diverse, healthy, engaged and skilled workforce,

- Supporting our local communities and alerting them of our environmental efforts.

- Operating ethically and responsibly with a keen focus on sustainability

Specifically, Redbone Trucking, Inc. will:

1. Engage with staff and vendors to share and review current initiatives and provide transparency in our sustainability priorities.

2. Align our goals and initiatives to applicable U.S. and State specific standards, such as the Smartway Clean Air program and the California Air Resources Board.

All of our refrigeration units are CA TRU certified.

3. Contribute to environmental protection through enforced responsible sourcing policies.

4. Work with our business partners to continuously improve human rights protection.

5. Look for opportunities to expand our eco-friendly vehicle specifications and continue to strive for innovative products with increased sustainability features to

help reduce the environmental impact of our operations.

6. Educate employees and associates to engage in sustainability at home, work, and within their communities.

7. Focus on sustainability goals applicable to our real estate holdings.

8. Foster an inclusive culture through leadership, support, education, and engagement with our employees, vendors, and customers.

9. Refine our supply chain to operate more efficiently, including the reduction of waste and our carbon footprint.

10. Increase transparency around the environmental impacts of our operations, including measuring greenhouse gas emissions where possible.

11. Report carbon emissions annually in our Corporate Sustainability report and implement further strategies for emissions reduction.

12. Communicate our progress openly with staff, vendors, and customers publicly in our annual Corporate Responsibility update.

13. Review current sustainability initiatives and programs regularly with a lens towards innovation and improvement.

IMPLEMENTATION

Redbone Trucking Inc. sustainability initiatives and programs are overseen internally by the Sustainability Committee, which is chaired by Al Jones, President; Corey Walker,

Director of Operations; Alan Bird, Director of Sales; and Gary Tolman Shop and Maintenance Director as well as other members of the Executive Leadership team.
